Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast with packaged products is already included in the price of all our rooms (even those with the “room only” rate) and it is left in the room by the staff with a specially prepared basket. For those wishing to have an in-room breakfast with fresh products, they must notify it in advance to the staff (at the time of booking, a few days before the arrival day or at check-in time). It will be served from 8:00 to 10:00 and its cost is € 10 per person per day for those who book their stay directly on our website, while € 13 per person per day for those who book through other channels.

Are pets allowed?

We are sorry, but even if we love our four-legged friends, animals (even small ones) are not allowed in the property.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Official check-in time is at 14:00. Early check-in depends on availability upon arrival. For all those who check-in from 14:00 onwards, we kindly ask you to contact the property at +39 0668809533 (also via WhatsApp message) about 15 minutes before your arrival time. Check-in is ensured free of charge until 22:00, after this time it is subject to a supplement of € 25.
Check-out is at 10:30. The possibility of postponing check-out must be requested to the staff as it is subject to availability and the price varies according to the time needed.
For all our guests, Dimora degli Dei offers a free luggage storage service both upon arrival and departure.

Is the tourist tax included in the room price?

No, the tourist tax is a municipal tax that must be paid to the City of Rome upon arrival at the guesthouse.
The cost is € 3.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 10 are exempt.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open every day from 7:30 to 14:30 for concierge service and to redo the rooms. In any case, guests are assisted 24 hours a day by telephone and, in case of necessity, they can be reached on site by the staff even in the afternoon or evening.

Can I park my car at the Dimora degli Dei?

Unfortunately we do not have a private parking and our guesthouse is inside the Limited Traffic Zone (LTZ), which prevents access to cars without permission at the following times:
  • 6.30-18.00 from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
  • 14.00-18.00 on Saturdays (excluding holidays).
We suggest you to park your car at Parking Cavour (Piazza Cavour).

How much do children pay?

Children up to 4 years of age stay for free when sharing bed with parents. On request, we have cots or camping beds at a cost of € 25 / night.
For older children, it is considered the price of the extra person.

Does the Dimora degli Dei offer half board or full board?

No, our guesthouse offers only bed and breakfast service.

How far is Termini Station from Dimora degli Dei?

Termini Station is 10-15 minutes by taxi from the Dimora degli Dei, while 20 minutes by public transport.
Exit the station following the signs for Piazza dei Cinquecento. From the bus terminal, take bus no. 64 (direction “Stazione San Pietro”) and get off at the “Plebiscito” stop or take the circular line n. 70 and get off at the “Largo Chigi” stop. From the bus stops to via del Seminario, 87, where Dimora degli Dei is, it is about 500 meters on foot.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

Both air conditioning and heating can be individually adjusted in all rooms.

Do you offer Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, the Wi-Fi connection is available in all common areas and rooms and is free of charge.

Do you have smoking rooms?

As required by the Italian law for public places and venues, both common areas and rooms are NO smoking.

Is it possible to book museum tickets?

At the reception desk or by writing an email to info@dimoradeglidei.com we offer a concierge service with the possibility of booking tickets for the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums.
Upon request and advance booking, we can organize paid private tours lasting about 3 hours to the main attractions of the city in different languages (Italian, English, French, German).

Do you organize transfers?

Yes, we organize transfers by car or minivan from / to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino and from / to the port of Civitavecchia. Reservations must be made by sending an email to info@dimoradeglidei.com or by calling +39 0668809533 at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival / departure time.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we do accept the major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSì.

What are the cancellation terms?

With the Standard rate, the reservation can be canceled 72 hours before arrival without penalty. For late cancellations or in case of no show, the cost of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card provided. Each rate and offer has a different cancellation policy. Please check carefully the terms applied.

How far is the historic center?

Dimora degli Dei is located in the historic center, 1 minute on foot from the Pantheon square and 5 minutes on foot from Piazza Navona. A few minutes' walk you can easily reach almost any monument and place of interest in the city.
